Welcome to the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association

The Gold Coast Venture Capital Association, Inc. (GCVCA) is a not-for-profit corporation founded in the fall of 1984 as the Gold Coast Venture Capital Club, Inc. to assist the entrepreneurial and business communities of South Florida.

Created by a dedicated group of business executives, professionals and entrepreneurs with the purpose of promoting the success of South Florida’s new entrepreneurial ventures, emerging and established businesses by offering expert counsel, educational advice and a networking support group of the best entrepreneurs, business educators, equity investors and service providers.

Today, the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association is widely recognized as one of the most prestigious, respected and successful entrepreneurial business networking organizations in the State of Florida and nationally.

Throughout the year, GCVCA presents the Gold Coast Venture Forum that features presentations of company’s business plans by new, emerging and established businesses.

Membership in GCVCA is open to any member of the business community.  We encourage you to become involved in the Association by attending GCVCA’s monthly dinner meetings held on the last Wednesday of every month except November and December, when the meeting is combined into one function held on the first or second Wednesday in December. The GCVCA has continuously held monthly dinner meetings eleven (11) times per year for the past twenty-five (25) years.
